Mr. Lasser focuses his practice on real estate law and criminal defense. After law school, Mr. Lasser served as law clerk to the Honorable Mirtha Ospina J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, Family Part, before working for a mid-size law firm in Bergen County, New Jersey where he was eventually made partner.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice Administration from William Paterson University, he attended Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York where he graduated Cum Laude.
While in law school, Mr. Lasser was a member of the Pace Law Review and served as a Research Assistant. Additionally, Mr. Lasser served as a legal intern with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit, and was an intern at a mid-size law firm in Bergen County, New Jersey during his law school tenure. Mr. Lasser is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Lasser’s experience includes all aspects of real estate transactions from contract negotiation to closing. Mr. Lasser is committed to providing exceptional legal representation and is known for his ability to find creative solutions to complex legal challenges.

David M. Krouse, Esq. focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense and regularly appears in New Jersey Superior Court and in the Municipal Courts.
Before opening Lasser & Krouse, David served as law clerk to the Honorable Gary N. Wilcox in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, Family Part, before working for a mid-size law firm in Bergen County, New Jersey where he was a named partner for many years.
After graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Justice Studies from Montclair State University, he attended Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island.
While in law school, David concentrated his studies in the areas of family law and criminal law.
David was an intern with the Honorable Patrick J. Roma, J.S.C., Bergen Vicinage, Criminal Division, and also served as an intern with a domestic violence advocacy center in Providence, Rhode Island. David also holds an associates degree in Paralegal Studies from Bergen Community College.
